Agilent 1200 versus Shimadzu HPLC

Does anyone have experience with both systems? We are trying to decide on which one is better performing with least amount of software errors coming from it being interphased with Analyst mass spec software.

I've done it both ways; both can work. The ease with which either works may depend on your local service engineers. This question maybe should be posted over on hyphenated techniques.
