You might get more answers if you told us some details:
- what model of instrument (presumably Shimadzu)?
- what version of the software?
- what operating system?
- is this a new system, or has it been in service for some time?
- when did the problem begin?

It is Shimadzu model 10 AVP .
The software version is a Class VP 5.05
The system operating is Windows XP
It is not a new system. It has been operating for some months, but suddenly these problems have began and it has been occuring for about 2 months.
Have you ever seen it before?

<Not a Vp software user, but it sounds like it is either a memory or a space (on the hard drive) issue.
Are you collecting DAD data or very high frequency UV on multiple wavelengths?
Have you alerted your local Shimadzu associates?

I am collecting datas from a UV detector on 210 nm wavelengh only.
I have already notified Shimadzu representatives and I am waiting an answer.

The answer will have to come from Shimadzu. What happened is that the program "crashed". It could be due to almost anything: a subsequently installed program, a Windows update, or even a virus. In the "worst-case" scenario, you may have to reinstall the Class-VP program or even do a complete re-install of Windows.
