I am confused about the concept of "amount", "%amount" and "concetration" in Empower. Could you please explain to me ? Thanks

Amount is (standard conc)(dilution)(sample area)/(std area)
Concentration is as above less the dilution term, so you get a per unit volume concentration. I'm not sure about %amount.
For internal standard methods, substitute "area ratio" for "area"
