Hi,

I work for GilsonUK (covering UK and Ireland) and we get quite a few queries like yours, especially as the big Pharma sites get slowly closed down and the equipment is let loose on the 2nd hand market.

Where are you based? Setting up the old Unipoint software is not an easy task and something that could take up many pages of a forum like this, my recommendation is to contact your local Gilson representative (see http://www.gilson.com/en/AI/WhereToOrder.aspx) and see if you can get someone to visit and do it for you.

Also you might be interested to know that your system is probably supported by the newer Trilution LC software (certainly the 305 and 306 are and if you want to post the model number of other modules then I can confirm if the others are too). A software upgrade can make a huge difference to how well/easily your system runs.

Regards
