Q SEPAHROSE OR DEAE?

Hi All,
I need suggestion for selecting appropriate column material (Q SEPAHROSE or DEAE) to purify my protein.
The protein has 9 disulphide bonds and its theoretical PI is 4.85
Theoretical pI: 4.85
Amino acid composition:
