Hellow,
I am praveen I want to know that can we analyse the peracetic acid on GC chromatography. If yes than waht is the condition.

I have never heard of this chemical having a stability adequate to perform an analysis reliably.
It may be possible, but I doubt it.
One may decompose it to acetic acid and determine that content.
There are other tests to determine purity other than GC.
Good luck,
Rod

The best way is by titration iodometrically. If there is hydrogen peroxide, however, you'll need to titrate that first with cerium. Do a google search for peracetic acid and ceric sulfate - it will be one of the top hits.
Alternatively, a quick and easy method for PAA in acetic acid, is C13 NMR:
% = PAA/(PAA + Acetic acid)
Cheers,
