Im a dealing with mesylates by GC/MS/SIR with SPE and Liquid/liquid microextraction and I couldnt ahieve good recovery.
any suggestion, tecniques?? diferents platforms?? derivatization?
Someone has experience with tiocyanate derivatization using HS/GC/MS/SIR??
