Internal Standards Decreasing

I am running a 5890/5972 with a Stratum concentrator and an Archon autosampler. The internal standards are dropping after a calibration. The archon was ruled out by spiking the internal standard by hand. The areas still decreased throughout the run. Does anyone know what might cause this?
