Low area counts of Pentafluorobenzene

I am running 8260 water using an OI analytical 4560 Concentrator and 5975 Agilent MS.

I am getting very low area counts for Pentafluorobenzene and 1,2 dichloroethane d-4.

Any suggestions on what would be causing this problem?
