Heparin Detection by ELISA

Heparin standard whixh I use in water soluble and insoluble in organic solvents. My sample containg same heparin (covalently bounded, can not be free form) is insoluble in water but soluble in organic solvents. How can I quantify heparin in y sample by ELISA.
Is ther any chromatograsphic technique for the same.

If the heparin bound to an insoluble matrix, then you will have to cleave it off before you an do a chromatographic determination.
