Chemstation ConCAL Report with AVG RRF

I'm trying to print a concal report of an opening standard with the average RRF for all compounds. Sometimes the report prints and other times I get a cc.mac divide by zero error. Has anyone ever encounter this? How can I correct it and print the report?

I'd appreciate any help you can give.
