you might consider contacting Henry Bui at Cal-Tech Scientific. He had a booth at Pittcon discussing improved quad performance and he might be able to re-do/re-build/exchange your current quad.

Otherwise, the normal re-sellers, Gentech, AIR, Alpha Omega etc... would be the next step I think.
