Using HPLC for cell culture screening.

Hi Guys,
I am trying to use HPLC (protein G column) for screening of cell culture for a protein (e = 175000 M-1 cm-1). Could you please suggest what kind of column (analytical, semi-analytical) should I use? Also, what is the minimum conc. (micrograms?) that one could see in HPLC? How much volume of supernatant should I load on column?
Thanks in advance.
