chromeleon software problems

Hi there, wondering if anyone can help. I am currently running ion chromatography (dionex) using chromeleon software.
There appears to be a glitch in the software and the instrument stops after one injection in the sequence. Has anyone encountered this before.
Any thoughts?

Difficult without detailed information on the communication protocols between the instrument and the software. A setting or a minor communication problem might be causing this. Best will be to contact your local Dionex support and to provide them with a system status report (SSR). This report includes all required information and is created automatically (but can be customized) and will make a proper diagnose of the problem easy. SSR is included in CM 6.8, older versions such as CM 6.7, 6.6, and 6.5 can be upgraded. Please click here for details:
