When developing methods, I change mobile phase composition often.
I must collect data in a method set unique to the notebook and day, so all injections are together.
In order to evaluate different compositions, I:
1) Abort the run after the current injection is finished
2) Make changes to the method and save it with the method set
3) Continue the run

Is there a way to change the instrument method and force it to be re-loaded with out aborting the run and re-starting it?

AFAIK, this can only be done if you use multiple method sets (new instrumental for each).

Can you add a suffix to your Method set name?
