Hi everybody! :)

I´m almost sure but, however i would like your opinion...
I´m analyzing Atp and i´m having 3 peaks, and i suppose those peaks are AMP, ADP, and ATP.
I´m diluting Atp with water.
Probably ATP is losing 1 and 2 phosphates because its reactivity isn´it?
Thanks in advance!

I believe you are right. Run the sample using both a highly aqueous compatible RP column and an anion-exchange column, and you will observe different elution order (or selectivity).

you can purchase ATP, ADP, and AMP materials from Sigma and easily confirm the elution times
