HPLC for Protein (FPLC)

Hello All; I am looking for and HPLC for protein separation.
Able to monotor Conductivity a pH, and fraction collector.
Some one know a company That built this kind of instruments; it is prefered from a EU country.

I think the Akta from GE healthcare is the most used instrument.
A upcomming alternative to column separation is FFF. Wyatt has a system for thison the market.

Isn´t this Akta and FFF from at least about 20 years ago? There are all kinds of columns and methods available which can be run on any good HPLC equipment. This subject is so varied that I would suggest that one is prone to waste one´s time if an extensive literature search was not done first.

I agree with Hans. Most protein separations can be done on any good HPLC. For some applications it is strongly recommended to use an iron free/biocompatible system though. The harsh salt and buffer conditions used for protein separations might lead to corrosion of stainless steel. In addition, iron ions can poison certain columns and lead to short column lifetimes. We recommend using a biocompatible HPLC with our ProPac columns for example.
