I am currently trying to source phosphatidylcholine standards for an LC-MS project. I am looking for certain species of phosphatidylcholine, namely 16:0-18:1, 16:0-18:2, 16:0-20:4, 18:0-18:2 and 18:1-18:2. I am finding that a lot of British companies simply sell a product that they name 'phosphatidylcholine', with no information of what species are contained in it. Avanti Polar Lipids in the US are the only company that seem to sell the species individually, however I would prefer to source them from the UK if possible.
Can anyone help me out with this matter? It would be greatly appreciated!!!

I did some PC analysis a while back but as I'm in Canada we used Avanti. Their European distributor is in the Netherlands.

I found this link http://www.lipidlibrary.co.uk/news/links.html

Lipid stadard suppliers are at the bottom of the page and there is one in the UK

Don't know if this will help you
Good judgment comes from bad experience, and a lot of that comes from bad judgment.
