Could someone give some ideas what confirmation criteria to use to confirm an analyte screened with an HPLC micromass quattro micro electrospray positve mode.

Depends on which regulatory agency you need to satisfy.

I would say that retention time and two MRM transitions that have a constant ratio under the same fragmentation conditons and independantly of analyte concentration should satisfy most of regulatory agencies (having said that I am not knowledgable on the exact requirements of these agencies).
