Tuning Training

I am in need of a good reference.

After lots of time wasted on tuning troubleshooting I have come to the conclusion that my co-workers and myself are in dire need of some training on GC/MS DFTPP tuning.

Does anyone out there know where we can find such help?

One suggestion in your area, Windy Hill Technical. They are based out of Chicago so the travel charge would not get you too badly. Another option is to look at SIS's website or Restek's website for tech support in your area. I believe both of them can direct you to someone reasonably close. Let me know if this does not work for you.
