Hello,

I'am searching some guidance to following problems:
-how to print overlayed chromatograms in different sheets?
(for example, having 50 samples I have to manually put the samples
in the sheet,5 samples per sheet and total 10 sheets)
Using autorepeat mode I can easily print single samples, but is it
somehow possible with overlay mode?
Or can I do it with Batch Report?
And finally if this kind of reporting is possible to set up(Start first sample to the last sample using running sample number, I would be grateful).

are your samples from the same sequence?
if not then first create a querry that will see them all.
i do not know if it is possible to do it by batch report but you certainly do not need to insert them every time in the sheet one by one.

once they are from the same sequence or querrie.
select them from the sequence. long left click if they follow one each other or by left click and ctrl button.
once you have made the selection; do right click>open>choose the channel you wish to see your runs.
the 5 runs should be in overlaid mode. if the graphics do not suit you go to the comparison tab in the chromatogram properties and make the changes to suit the view that you need (you can then save those changes for the RDF for the next group).
once the view suits you press the print button (do not go to the printer layout stay in the "integration" view). choose the sheet that you want to print from.
this should do it and save you the time currently waisted inserting the chromatograms individually each time
Unmgvar,Thank you for assistance.

Samples are usually from same sequence and I'am aware of means to print out samples selecting them from sequence like you described.

What I'am looking after should be permanent RDF-file to use together with sequence which contains overlayed chromatograms.
Having quite often fixed sequence template this could automate reporting
easily(Ihave to say that reporting with chromeleon is anyway highly flexible and I have managed to process different kinds of chromatography parameters).

My question,is this technically possible?

Hello,

I am sorry to say, but currently it is not possible to automate the reporting task you try to solve.

You could automatically overlay for example all the replicates (i.e. samples injected from the same vial) or all the standards used for a sample, but currently you cannot tell Chromeleon to overlay for example all the samples with the same Replicate ID.
