Please give me your experiances with this systems,especially in aspect transferring method from one to another.How much are they compatible .

These are two different systems from different manufacturers, with different designs and software.

You should expect differences whenever you switch methods to a different instrument. If you have a simple isocratic method, the transfer may be easy. If you have a gradient method, some adjustment of operating conditions will probably be required.
