Dear colleagues
Is it possible to integrate two peaks (structural isomers of one compound) and report the sum of their areas?
Kind regards,
Jörg

Call the two isomers specific names like Active Isomer A and Active Isomer B, then set up a Named Group in your processing method called Sum of Isomers and choose how to quantitate it- user entered, sum curve etc.

It took me quite a while to find out to find the interesting options (right click into the options window, they were deactivated), then I was successful. Thank you for pointing to the right direction!
