I am doing R&D work for OP pesticide in food? I saw that there is a fast easy Quencher method for pesticide analyis, I have some problems as below

1. In the quencher method for pesticide analysis, the last step involve the addition of acetic acid or formic acid to the acetonitrile extract, would the acid destroy some OP standards?

2. Is the quencher method workable for all OP Standards?

3. Is the quencher method only suitable for GC/MS pesticide analysis?

4. Can the quencher method use with FPD pesticide analysis

5. Anybody can share some experience and new procedure on the OP pesticide using quencher method
