ECD and negative baseline dips

We are experiencing negative dips in our baseline on one of our ECD detectors. It was cleaned about two years ago. Could this be time for another cleaning? We have four ECD's and this only occurs on this one. What is the recommended frequency for cleaning. We have all Agilent 5890's with ECD's.
