hi all.. i needed confirm the Cu-EDTA chelate pKa value?
what i vaguely read was it would be cuedta2- at pH 3 while near 2.7 it would be neutral? is that right? hence, can i use pH range from 4 for binding and up to 2 for elution.. on an anion exchange column.. i mean a DEAE column?
i cudnt find any papers on anion exchange for EDTA quantitation.. anybody? thanks!!
