I have to establish new HPLC method for determinate nitrate in meat.Could anyone help me?

Go the Dionex web site (http://www.dionex.com). Do a search there for analyte = "nitrate" and matrix = "meat". There is an application note there that should cover what you need.

Go to the Metrohm website and check Application Note S-123
(http://www.metrohm.com/infocenter/downl ... f/s123.pdf).

As you need to register for download, visit first the registration (http://www.metrohm.com/infocenter/login ... nForm.php4).

If you want you may delete the account after download.
