Hi all,
when I used a new guard for LC column i got split peaks, and when I remove the Guard the peaks appear normal,
Although Guard is new one. and I used more than one Guard.
what might be the reason for that?
void spaces in guard column
Please check if stationary phase is the same.
Best regards,
Dmitriy A. Perlow
