GC instruments:Agilent is in Waldbronn, Germany. The HPLC is officially 'from' there though the degasser and some uv may still be from Japan and the 'new' elsd is from France.
Tom's right of course... most things are assembled from parts from all over the world. I believe the Agilent ion trap spends time in China, Germany and the US before going to a customer.
