hi people, i´d like to comment that i´ve been having problems with this little components...i´ve notice the valves jammed when i use Acetonitrile and a buffer as mobile phase (i´ve never used up to 50mM ionic strenght buffer and 15% of ACN), then i wash the column with 80% water and 20% MeoH, however the valves still continue jamming after that...so, may be i´m doing something no very well...if anyone could tell me something about it i´ll appreciate so much...
Thank in advance!... :D

Which pump? Which model? Please specify. Do you filter mobile phase prior to use?

I have noticed myself that sometimes just a little MeOH caused buffers to precipitate inside my HPLC systems... even though the buffer should have been fully solvable... Sometimes strange things happen under pressure i guess... :)
