I am creating a new calbration table on an 1100 Agilent HPLC. I run the sample and input the weight/ volume of the sample; however, if I run that exact sample again that percent is not the result. What am I doing wrong?
Help!!!!

Reanalyzing a standard as an unknown will never give you the exact value of the standard, simply due to variability. How far off from the true value are you? Details of the method would be helpful, too.

If you re-inject the standard, you should get a similar value, but not necessarily the same one. If however, you just re-analyze the file that you used for calibration, you should get the same result if you only have a one-point calibration curve (which is what you imply). If you have multiple levels and/or an average value, then the result will not be the same.

If you are getting a percent result, select Report, Specify Report, and in the upper right, select ESTD instead of Area%
