Dear all,
have you never used a "Design Of Experiment (DOE)" for investigation the robustness of new GC-HS method? Which parameters should be evaluated (flow, column...) and which model should be used (fractional, Plackett-Burman,...)?
can you suggest me a usefull web link about this?
