I work with Thermofisher scientific GCMS instrument, MS is triple quadropole. What is the best method to clean the sample cups used for MS only analysis?
(Only the polarity of the type of compound used is known.)

If you're asking how to clean the sampler vials, don't. It's best not to re use them.
