In a LC MSMS API 3200 with software analyst is possible to read ESI positive and ESI negative simultaneously ?

You can switch polarities during your run. All you have to do is change your acquisition method. The instructions are in the Analyst manual:

All you do is add a period.. Start on page 133 and go from there!!
