We have an agilen t 7820A (GC) with 67035A MS.

Turning on the instrument after a maintenance, we tried to make an ATUNE and it is always stoped with the message error:
Tune action stopped: The instrument is configured for an HES source, ATUNE.U is not an HES tine file. RUN HES autotune or load and HES tune file.

The question is that we have not changed any configuration and the instrument was not configured for HES source.
Is is posible a damage in the ATUNE file?.
