Calculation of Baseline Noise by Chemstation

Hey, guys & gals!
I get Agilent GC and Chemstation workstation (B.02.01 & B.03.01) in my lab. When I use them to validate GC method, a problem arises when the validation process comes to Quatitation Limit and Detection Limit determination. The workstation gives three noise calculation values (6*SD, PtoP, ASTM), and they differs. I am comfused by them. I want to know which one you choose to calculate Signal/Noise ratio.
Many thanks in advance.
