Headspace Restars

Hello,

I am new user of GC and GC is coupled with HEADSPACE and my problem is regarding restarting of HEADSPACE. Whenever headspace is turned on it requires all parameters again and it happened first time in 8 years as my senior informed me. I want to know possible cause and remedies.

Before anybody can help you, they will need to know the manufacturer and model number of the GC and also the manufacturer and model number of the Head Space Sampler.

hi...look at backup battery in the headspace and replace it. There is always a battery in the mainboard, and after 8 years i think is normal is gone.

Model is HS 40XL and GC is also XL autosampler. well my senior confirmed that the problem is due to battery. Thanx a lot
