Hellow ,

I want to know that can we analyse the Metiram or Polyram by HPLC. How we can derivatized it or can we analyse it on LC_MS or some other methods .

This is the structural fromulla
CAS No 9006-42-2
CIPAC No. 478
CAn any one suggest us that how we can anlyse on HPLC

This compound is a fungicide. Seems like this compound may not be so suitable for HPLC analysis. If you are using a UV detector, this compound may decompose under the influence of UV light at about 300nm. If you have an LC-MS, this might be more suitable. For an initial trial, try to use a C8 or C18 column with a rather general mobile phase conditions for LCMS (e.g. Water/ACN gradient with 0.1% TFA or FA). Hope the info helps.
Best Regards,

Leonard
