No communication bw Shimadzu RF-20A & Clarity using Colibric

Hi
I have communication problem with Shimadzu Fluorescence detector RF-20A and Clarity software (version 7.3) using a colibrick module. Can any one please advise me the correct configuration of RF-20A with Colibrick module. Its urgent
please

Hi Khalid,
to help solve your problem please contact DataApex support team directly at support@dataapex.com. Please mention Clarity Serial Number (S/N), details of your problem and complete configuration of your system.
Colibrick is an A/D converter so it just measure analog (voltage) signal from a detector it doesn't communicate with any detector and can't control it.
