Star Chromatography W/S on Windows 10

Has anyone managed to get Star v6.41 working on any OS after WinXP? I've managed to install it and it runs - for a while, then the 335 DAD (connected via Ethernet) disconnects with a COM_CC_CIRCULAR_BUFFER_OVERRUN_OCCURRED error.
Am I flogging a dead horse trying to get this working?

It appears the dead horse wasn't dead after all - 3 hours of dual wavelength runs and it's still going strong.
So, Star will work on Windows 10 after all.

Should you ever which to upgrade you Star WS to the fully supported CompassCDS platform, please let me know. Your instruments are compatible with the software (being legacy Varian instruments) and CompassCDS now fully supports Diode Array with extracted chromatograms, spectral searching and peak purity functionality.
