Position of the 70, 220 & 503 PFTBA isotopes

Hi!!!
I work with a MSD 5973.
The autotune report shows good MSD parameters, but the shapes of 70, 220 and 503 PFTBA isotopes are not good.
Moreover, their positions on the tune evaluation are not good: these are low.
What is the problem?
