I would like to convert .raw files captured by Xcalibur (Finnigan/Thermo MS/MS) to .d files to process in Chemstation (Agilent). Does anyone know of a product that can do this transition?

Nope. Native data files are pretty secure and difficult to mimic, by design.
Your best bet will be to export your data as AIA (ANDI) compatible files and hope that Chemstation will read them. Processing options will be very limited, but I would guess that you would at least be able to do some overlays and choose your scaling.
