hi friends....
not very comfortable with chromatography...
want to know evrything about linearity....recovery....spiking....etc

Don't we all :?

I've been working with chromatography for over 20 years and would love to "know it all" :!: :!: .

I suggest you start with some basic reference books and work from there. Check the "reviews" and the "student projects" forum.

Oh, and try to post your questions in the most appropriate place.
