I have a TOF. I am scanning from 100 amu to 4,000 amu.

Specimen: Syringe, no liquid.

Rinsed syringe with 500 µL of DI Water.

No drugs of abuse or therapeutic drugs detected. No insulin or insulin analogs detected.

ESI Positive Mode.

M+1 ion at 1209 detected
M+2 ion at 605 detected

Anyone have any idea of a drug that has a mass of 1208?

It's a hard question. After 10 min on Google.com I found this:

[Pro7]-Neurokinin B

MW 1208
Ref: Lavielle, S. et al.; (1988) Reg. Pep. 22:108
