Dear all

I am new in this forum, which I found very interesting to exchange analytical experience. I have a question about the validation of a standard addition method. I went through the old threads, I noticed that the question was once raised but was not debated.
It’s about an LC MS method for which standard addition quantitative approach was chosen due to differences in matrices for the same product. The question is: can validation data obtained using a selected sample (one matrix) generalized to all other samples of this product that show differences in matrix interferences?
On the other hand, I have a more specific question about the accuracy for a standard addition method. For this purpose I need to spike a “zero-analyteâ€
