Dear friends,
Am doing the method development of Valproic acid. IK have problems with the base line (very high ) and the peak shape is bad with severe tailing. I have used almost all cominations olf LCMS buffers as Mp and tried with different columns. The method is a SIM.
If anyone has any idea about the method, please help me

hi

i would ask u first the basic question about valproic acid. it is not fragmenting in LCMSMS. so can u please tell me which ion you have selected?? As we have done valproic acid as PsedoSRM method in LCMSMS.
