HI guys,

I am experiencing a problem with Dionex LC 25 system for peaks. After loading a sample through an autosampler, the baseline is not normal and straight rather gives ripples throught the run and the peaks as well is not in baseline main baseline format but also surrounded by ripples and i am not able to get the retention time for any of these peaks. Guys Please help me out.
Thank you.

Imran
Is your mobile phase contaminated?
Have you got air in the mobile phase? (is it properly degassed?)

did you check the depth of injection needle? any air aspirated? any problems with check valves of the pump? Try to run a "blank" sample w/o injection and see if the base line is still showing ripples.
