HI at All,
Do you know a compound to transform cysteina and cysteamina for HPLC with DAD?

It may help to look at some methods for homocystein which derivatize the S for fluorescence detection. One can get high specificity even with a UV detector, most likely lower sensitivity, though. If memory doesn´t faill me it seems that Chromsystems/Munich even has a kit for homocystein. The adaptation could be simple.

(There is an older S derivatization technique which we used in this lab, it was a bit difficult and not so much to be recommended. If you run into trouble I could search some more among my material).
