LC-MS assay for Paclitaxel

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knows of or could suggest an appropriate LC-MS assay for the chemotherapeutic drug paclitaxel. I have a Shimadzu LCMS QP8000 instrument. Any suggestions will be warmly recieved :)
