VCM REPRODUCINLITY by GC-HS

I am trying to do VCM analysis with GC-HS. The standard I use is 200uG/ml in Methanol from supelco. But I am unable to get good precision for standard injection.
Area varies very much from injection to injection.
Can anyone help me in this regard
